Adam has helped thousands of teachers land their dream teaching job using the methods taught in his best selling ebook.

Teaching jobs are extremely difficult to secure these days! Finally there’s an interview guide that addresses the specific needs of teachers.

Whether you are looking for teacher interview questions, teacher interview ANSWERS, teacher resumes, or teacher cover letters…

There is absolutely no question that teaching jobs are extremely difficult to secure these days… However, for some reason there is a huge public misconception that teaching jobs are easy to find…nothing can be farther from the truth!

The fact is the baby boomers are not retiring in the numbers most experts thought (who can blame themlife is just too expensive) and our recent economic problems have led many school districts to actually cut jobs!

Unfortunately, this means there are more and more teachers looking for fewer and fewer available teaching jobs.

For these reasons it is not uncommon for schools to receive 500-1000 applications for just one teaching position!

If I told you everything that was expected of you – how to get the interview, what to bring, what questions are going to be asked, how to answer each and every question, and what questions you should ask….

I sent you an email a few weeks ago after I purchased your E-book on Interviewing. I appreciate your quick response to my questions/concerns and the advice you gave me.

I wanted to follow up with you to let you know that my interview went well – I felt very prepared for it and all the questions that you mentioned in your book were questions that I was asked.

So, to make a long story short, I was offered BOTH teaching positions within hours of each other! I gladly accepted the… Read more…

You’ve finished college. You’re done with your student teaching. Maybe you’ve been subbing, or maybe you’re a teacher’s aide. Now is the time to get the real, full-time teaching job you’ve been dreaming of.

The Guide to Getting the Teaching Job of Your Dreams was written by me (a veteran teacher and experienced teacher interviewer), to help you get the teaching job you’ve been dreaming of. I’ve worked in two different school districts and have many years of public school teaching experience. I’ve also been on many interview committees, where I’ve helped to seek out and hire the most qualified candidates.

I want your job search to go as smoothly as possible, so I wrote an eBook filled with tips, strategies, advice, and procedures that will help you find and land the teaching job that you’ve been searching for. I’m confident my eBook can help you.

It’s a complete guidebook for student teachers who are hunting for their first job, substitute teachers and teacher aides who would like to advance their career to the next level, and experienced educators who are looking for a job at a new school.

Unlike hard copy books, you can download the pdf version of my Guide to Getting the Teaching Job of Your Dreams right now! No waiting for the mail. No going to the bookstore! Because this is an eBook, all you have to do is download the file and start reading.

The book is set up like a traditional book, with chapters and pages. You can print it out on your home printer or read it on your computer screen.

Since this is an eBook, you’re not paying for a publisher’s printing costs or retailer markup. You can order the book 24/7 and download it instantly!

A human resources office says they have… Read more…

Are you looking for a teaching job? There are tens of thousands available right now—the trick is finding them.

If you’ve read any job-searching books like “What Color is my Parachute?” you know of the hidden market. This write-up will uncover some different ways to tap into the teaching job market.

The term “hidden job market” refers to open positions—in this case, teaching jobs—that may not advertised in the most common job-seeking venues, such as classified ads. In fact, according to Cornell University Career Services, up to 80% of job openings are unadvertised. How can you find these unadvertised – yet open – jobs? Consider these three words: Activate your network.

Start by accessing professional organizations. Are you involved with a public policy organization, networking group or any sort of teacher’s union? If so, get the word out that you’re looking for a teaching job. Ask whether any of the groups with which you’re affiliated keep job boards that list teaching jobs. Ask your contacts whether they’ve heard of any open teaching jobs through their network.

Then, look into a few schools that you would want to work with and call them directly. Write to or introduce yourself to the school department head that you’re interested in. In certain instances, an easy phone call to the head principal or the right staffing person may be your most beneficial option. Although this may sound intimidating, remind yourself that you’re calling only to introduce yourself, and to inquire about any teaching jobs your contact may be aware of.

Finally, put your online connections to work. If you belong to any social media sites such as Facebook, MySpace or LinkedIn, tell your contacts that you’re looking for a teaching job. And if you don’t yet belong any social media sites, take this as a perfect opportunity to join an online community. You may even find a message board entirely to teaching jobs!

No single strategy can uncover all of the unadvertised teaching jobs, but combining these simple steps may help you tap into the hidden job market.
